BootNet is looking for a hands-on technical team leader to lead field operations across premium residences, hotels and business environments.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead people, organize technical work and take responsibility for getting the job done properly. Previous system integration experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
Your Role
- Lead and coordinate technical field teams.
- Manage daily execution, work priorities and site readiness.
- Oversee installations, testing and system handover.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate practical solutions.
- Ensure quality, safety and clear documentation.
- Work closely with engineering, project management and service teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading technical field teams.
- Background in networking, telecommunications, infrastructure, electrical or low-voltage systems.
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on technical ability.
- Ability to guide people, solve problems and manage competing priorities.
- Personal responsibility, initiative and clear communication.
An advantage: Experience with system integration, CCTV, access control, smart building technology or automation.
