Technologies We Design & Integrate

Who We Are
Since 2001, BootNet has designed and integrated technology around the people who use it. We shape each system around the architecture and daily needs of a home, hotel or business: comfort at home, thoughtful hospitality and effective work.
One multidisciplinary team brings together precise planning, coordinated delivery and long-term support. Attention to detail and a service mindset inspired by hospitality guide how we work.
Jerusalem is our home. From here, we build systems for the years ahead and relationships that continue beyond handover, remaining a trusted point of contact as our clients’ needs evolve.

One partner, before and after handover.
We start with the people who use the space and what matters to them, then plan around real needs, system compatibility, and reliability.
A coordinated system design shaped around your space and the way the technologies need to work together, so the solution stays easy to use over time.
One team manages the project, including coordination and installation supervision. Systems are installed, programmed and connected into one coordinated environment.
Testing, fine-tuning and documentation, then a personal handover and user training.
We stay involved after handover and provide ongoing care within the scope of each customer’s service agreement, including monitoring and managed services through BootNet eConcierge Managed Service.

Founder & CEO
Robby founded BootNet in 2001 and leads its strategy and long-term client relationships. He sets a premium-hospitality service standard for the team, using practical creativity to turn complex requirements into systems that are simple to use. He stays personally involved and available for decisions until the solution works in practice.
To him, hospitality is a way of thinking, not just an industry: listen before designing, adapt before installing, and stay available after handover. He brings that approach to every project, whether a hotel, a private home or an organisation.
Chief Financial Officer
Revital Cohen leads BootNet’s financial management, bringing together planning, resource allocation and client commitments. She helps teams make informed decisions about investment, phased delivery and the long-term cost of operating and supporting systems. Her work supports the company’s ability to follow through during delivery and after handover.
Chief Technology Officer
Victor Lev leads BootNet’s technical direction. He brings more than 20 years of experience in smart technology and smart homes, combining user experience design and systems engineering with firsthand experience founding a smart-home service company. His work connects what people need from technology every day with what teams need to support it over time.
VP Integration & Service
Shali Asaraf leads BootNet’s Integration & Service department, “the department that moves mountains.” He brings teams together, resolves on-site obstacles and leads delivery from installation and testing through handover and support. When conditions change, Shali and his team find a practical way forward while protecting the quality of the work.
OUR PEOPLE. OUR STANDARD.
Great technology starts with people who take responsibility.
Different expertise. Shared values. One commitment to doing things right.

Natan Kabara is a Senior Systems Engineer with 40 years of IT experience. He has designed and built networks for startups, worked as a development engineer at Cisco, and founded an IT consultancy for mid-sized and large companies. At BootNet, he combines systems thinking with hands-on experience building and supporting networks.
Bookkeeper
Ortal Giladi manages BootNet’s bookkeeping with accuracy, consistency and method. She knows the company’s financial processes in depth, maintains complete and orderly records, and follows each matter through to closure.
Logistics & Purchasing Officer
Dima connects the project plan with what BootNet’s teams need on site. He makes sure the right equipment is ready for each stage so installation can keep moving and the team can focus on the work.
Operations Coordinator
Yarden Leon brings BootNet’s personal approach to service into its day-to-day operations. She listens, clarifies what is needed, brings the right people together, and helps turn each request into a clear next step at the right time.
Every space has its own character. Every customer has different priorities. Our role is to understand both and bring the technologies, expertise, and personal attention needed to create an environment that works as one.
